We offer collection slots throughout May and June. When you book you'll see all available dates and choose a 2-hour window that suits you.

We deliver back in September ahead of the new term. Log in to your account to confirm your new address -- we'll send a reminder email so nothing gets forgotten.

No problem -- just update your return address in your account. Deliveries outside our standard area may carry a small additional charge which we'll confirm with you.

Ideally yes. If you can't be there, add access notes when you book -- many students leave items with a flatmate or in a communal area.

Your confirmation email contains a link to print all your labels. Each one has your name, contact details, booking reference and a QR code -- stick one on every item before collection day. If you'd rather not print them yourself, add our label printing service at booking for just £5 per item and we'll print and attach them for you before collection.

After you book, we'll get in touch to arrange a convenient date to drop off your boxes before collection day. Just make sure someone is available to receive them, or let us know a safe place to leave them.

We collect from and deliver to the ground floor of your halls of residence or flat -- we don't carry items up stairs. If you won't be in on collection day, you can leave your boxed and labelled items at your halls of residence reception and we'll collect from there. Please let us know in the access notes when you book.

Items are stored at your own risk and we do not provide insurance. We strongly recommend arranging your own contents insurance before your collection date -- many student policies include storage cover, so check with your insurer.
